VACANCY: Head of Finance and Operations
Location: Primarily City Works (GL1 4DF), with regular travel across our Children and Family Centres and community sites in Gloucester and the Forest of Dean
Salary: £50-£55k pro rata
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (we will consider applications for 30+ hours)

Gloucestershire Gateway Trust is seeking an experienced, qualified finance leader to take ownership of our financial strategy, governance, statutory accounts and audit process, while also personally managing core financial operations – because as a small charity, we don’t have a finance team to delegate to. You will have a strong track record in senior charity or not-for-profit finance, be confident managing multiple funding streams, and enjoy working as part of a small, values-driven leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who wants genuine strategic ownership without losing touch with the operational detail.
